Born in Malaga, he has lived all his life between Estepona and Marbella, areas he knows to perfection and of which he is in love.

With a degree in Tourism, specialising in hotel management and an MBA from the Malaga Chamber of Commerce, he began his professional career in the hotel sector. Later he moved on to another of the driving forces of the coast, the real estate sector, specialising in our area.

Julio, expert in real estate advice in Marbella and surroundings, collaborates with different companies in the sector and also with the sales department of Benarroch Real Estate. After more than 15 years dedicated to the real estate sector, Júlio knows very well the market and its evolution and he will advise you in the purchase of your property with a lot of interest and professionalism, in Spanish or English.

In his spare time he is passionate about wine, good times and good company. A lover of the Costa del Sol and the beaches of Tarifa, he loves to travel and discover new places and cultures that reinforce his passion for Marbella.
