We present you a new entry in our blog, in this case it is about Cataleya a very modern residential complex of apartaments with a key location in Estepona, close to the golf, not far from the beach and with quick access to Marbella, San Pedro Alcántara and Benahavis.

LOCATION

Cataleya is located in the municipality of Estepona, just 5 km from San Pedro de Alcántara, 7.5 km from the well-known Puerto Banús and 14 km from Marbella, which can be reached either via the ring road or the elegant Ashmawi Boulevard.

As I have already mentioned, despite being located in the municipality of Estepona, Cataleya is one km further from Estepona than Marbella, specifically 15 km from Estepona.

It is also worth mentioning that at the same exit of the A-7 there is a turning with exits both towards Marbella and Estepona, which avoids having to change direction with the consequent loss of time.

MY OPINION

It seems that once again we are meeting the expectations of the area and are faced with a project of the highest quality in its style.

We have already mentioned its location, equidistant between Marbella and Estepona, its modern, luminous design that emphasises quality of life, comfort and the enjoyment of more than 320 days of sunshine on the Costa del Sol.

Thanks to all this, Cataleya has been revalued in recent years and is now a very popular complex.

Within the different typologies of the complex, I would like to highlight its ground floors. Without a doubt I have always been impressed by the gardens, which are tremendously spacious, especially in the corners. In addition, the fact that the storage room is on the same floor and attached to the house is a great advantage. The rest of the typologies also have very large outdoor spaces thanks to their huge terraces, as I have already mentioned. Everything will depend on availability and budget, as always.

If you are looking for modern and quality construction this is a very interesting option but if your priority is sea views, this is not the complex for you.
