El Paraíso is in a family residential area made up of villas in Estepona, predominated by townhouse properties. This area is on the New Golden Mile, just a few minutes from Puerto Banús and Estepona.

The urbanization extends from the mountain to the sea and is divided into three sub-areas.

El Paraíso Barronal is the part that goes from the road to the beach. It’s the most sought after because of its proximity to the sea. It’s known for being a quiet and uncrowded urbanization, offering direct access to the beach. The predominant villa style is Mediterranean, with tiled roofs.

El Paraíso Medio is the area that climbs from the road up to the well-known 4* hotel El Paraíso. This section is closest to the golf course. It affords lovely panoramic views of the sea and course. The meticulous streets, magnificent properties and proximity to the commercial hub with its bars, restaurants and banks, lead numerous residents to live in the area all year round.

El Paraíso Alto is the highest part of the urbanization and the only part of El Paraíso that belongs to the Benahavís district. The elevated position of the land means the streets have a style more typical of mountainous regions, with lots of vegetation. Luxury villas and apartments: Mirador del Paraíso

In the last of these zones, Mirador del Paraíso is worthy of special mention. This complex is a gated community, with a 24-hour security service and restricted access. It’s made up of luxury townhouses, villas and apartments, and has its own clubhouse for owners to use and enjoy.
