San Pedro Alcántara and Puerto Banus to the East and Benahavis to the West can be reached within a short distance by taking the motorway from the existing convenient access.
MY OPINION
If you are definitely looking for a residential and family-friendly area close to everything, it is a very good choice. Without a doubt, its location makes it very interesting in many of the aspects already mentioned. Although it is true that we are not on the beach side, it must also be recognised that it is a more accessible area than its big sister, Guadalmina Baja.
As far as the apartments are concerned, I would say that they are more sumptuous in Guadalmina Alta, while the villas in Guadalmina Baja tend to have larger plots and a higher price.
In conclusion, we would say that Guadalmina Alta is more affordable than Guadalmina Baja and that you can enjoy the same services there, with the exception, of course, of the proximity to the sea.
