MY OPINION
Of course, Guadalmina Baja is a great option to consider if you have the budget to buy a property close to the sea, both for its location and its features. If two words could define the atmosphere and style of an urbanisation, in this case Guadalmina Baja, I would say ‘ tradition and elegance’.
Of course we will have to make some sacrifices, such as the views. Guadalmina Baja is not a development where views are for sale, as the terrain is flat, unless of course we are on the front line, but what is for sale is privacy, thanks to its large plots and lush gardens, some of which are over 40 years old. Its proximity to San Pedro is also to be valued, as a short stroll will take you to the centre of San Pedro Alcántara, where you will find a wide range of services and high quality gastronomy.
