This is a high quality development located in a very consolidated area and very close to golf courses, the beach and with excellent access to the coastal motorway.

LOCATION
Paraiso Hills has two accesses, the first from the road towards Benahavis via the first exit on the left or from the A7 motorway via the exit at the Benavista shopping centre.
Paraiso Hills is situated 4 kilometres from the Saladillo beach, 7 km from San Pedro de Alcántara, 15 km from Estepona and 68 km from Malaga airport.
The urbanization is situated at a short distance from the golf courses of El Campanario Golf and Country House, El Paraiso Golf Club and Atalaya Golf and Country Club.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPERTIES
Paraiso Hills was completed in 2005 on a plot of approximately 30.000 square metres on which the properties are located in two phases; the first phase with a total of 68 semi-detached and semi-detached houses with two swimming pools and a paddle court and the second phase with a total of 31 semi-detached and semi-detached houses and a swimming pool.
The first phase is located in a gated community with private access and night surveillance.
Paraiso Hills has a timeless classic design, with elegant architectural lines and tiled roofs that blend perfectly with the manicured gardens.

Paraiso Hills, located in the heart of Estepona’s New Golden Mile, an elegant and quality urbanisation, ideal for all year round living.
In terms of layout, on entering we find a beautiful entrance hall with storage room and guest toilet, from where we access the kitchen equipped with a patio and the spacious living room with fireplace with access to the pleasant terrace and private garden.
On the upper floor are the master bedroom suite and two guest bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, in the case of the three-bedroom properties, and on a second level the fourth bedroom and bathroom in the case of the four-bedroom properties. The latter have a large solarium where you can enjoy the sea and mountain views and with enough space to install an outdoor kitchen or barbecue.
Here is an example of a quick visit to a couple of sold properties of different typologies:
1.- Townhouse with 3 bedrooms in Phase 1:
This is a house situated in Phase 1, the one with private access. It is between two houses so it is semi-detached. The orientation is the same as all the houses, east. In this case the house is situated in front of the outside access road and has unobstructed views. From the bedrooms you can see the sea.
2.- 4 bedroom corner townhouse from Phase 1:
This house is a corner house, north-east. The garden is spacious. It is situated in phase 1. Unlike the previous house, this one has 4 bedrooms with a solarium on the top floor. Both from the bedrooms and from the solarium you can see the sea.
The qualities and equipment of the homes are in keeping with their elegant style, being equipped with:

Paraiso Hills has a total of three swimming pools spread over the two phases of the development. Two of them are located in phase 1, the largest one with private access and the third one is located in phase 2.
Phase one has night surveillance. There is also a paddle tennis court.
All the gardens of all the houses are maintained by the community gardeners which is a great advantage for the general maintenance of the urbanisation as well as for the private maintenance cost of each house.
SURROUNDINGS
In addition to the aforementioned golf courses, we must add the nearby golf courses of Los Flamingos and the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, located just a few minutes from the complex.
It is worth mentioning that next to the golf course El Campanario Golf and Country House is located the 4* hotel THR El Paraíso. A hotel built in 1973 on top of the hills of El Paraíso and recently refurbished in 2017.
It is a hotel with 171 rooms, five of which are suites, fully equipped, with terrace and views of the sea or the mountains.
Restaurants
A few metres from the urbanisation there is a small restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine called Restaurante La Alcaría de Ramos. It can be reached on foot.
Also, a few metres away, in the Golf and Country House, we have a restaurant with swimming pool, also with Mediterranean cuisine in an exclusive and very pleasant atmosphere.
A little further on, on the road to Benahavis, we find Tehuelche, an Argentinian grill. This time, you will have to take the car, although it is only 5 minutes away.
In short, in the area we find all kinds of services such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, professional offices, sports clubs, gyms, restaurants, cafes and bars, with everything necessary for the needs of its residents.

It has a multitude of services in the surrounding area and offers its residents a relaxed and pleasant lifestyle, with the convenience of being located close to everything and at the same time with enough distance to enjoy the comfort of their homes in a relaxed way.
In addition, the quality of the construction and the timeless Mediterranean style have allowed this complex to age in perfect condition.
The community of owners is well-functioning and the environment is becoming more established with a trend towards contemporary style villas, with the latest projects already under construction.
As for the demand for Paraíso Hills, it has been constant over time, without major ups and downs, which allows its owners to maintain and recover their investment without any risk. The lack of this type of product in the area means that the client looking for a quality townhouse or semi-detached house will quickly look at Paraíso Hills.
