La Alzambra – Dama de Noche

Let’s start with the first place you find when you go into Puerto Banús from Marbella, near the Puerto Banús Business Centre. Just opposite the business centre, is the entrance to the La Alzambra urbanization and, to the right, the first exit from the roundabout will take you to the Dama de Noche complex. The zone is named after these two residential complexes.

La Alzambra is a luxury, private residential complex with a security barrier at the entrance. It’s home to apartments, penthouses and semi-detached villas, with a welcoming and exclusive Mediterranean-Andalusian design, in an excellent location, a stone’s throw from Puerto Banús.

La Dama de Noche offers apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, in a gated community, with spacious gardens, sports courts and two swimming pools, located opposite the golf course that inspired its name.

At the end of the Dama de Noche urbanization, you’ll find La Alzambra Hills Club. This is a secure, private, luxury apartment complex, with meticulous gardens that create a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.

Aloha

Heading north, you reach the Aloha area, specifically, the Los Naranjos de Marbella urbanization. This townhouse and apartment complex is like a little Andalusian village. It includes a shopping zone, with a supermarket, cafés and all the basic services.

Nearby, is the Pinos de Aloha residential complex, with its apartments, duplexes and triplexes, offering incredible views, a pool and a barbecue area, immersed in serenity and very near Aloha College, an international school.

Further west, you’ll find Aloha Pueblo, an urbanization built to look like an Andalusian village, with squares, fountains and little streets adorned with pretty flowerpots. Las Brisas
